My name is Meghan and I'm glad you're here. I have been a therapist since 2013 and a supervisor since 2022. I have worked in community mental health, school based mental health and private practice.  I have trained in diverse types of therapy, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy, emotionally focused therapy, and client-centered therapy.
